1. INTRODUCTION
WANDERER DIGITAL SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers: a mobile application entitled WANDERER (“the Application”), which enriches the urban exploration experience with historical and architectural information about buildings in the center of Bucharest; a website available at wanderer.digital (“the Website”), through which we sell 3D models that can be used in the Application or downloaded separately. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information when you use the Application or our Website.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. Personal Information
Contact data (e.g. name, email address), provided voluntarily (e.g. via contact form or when creating an account on the Application). Billing and transaction data (e.g. billing address, payment methods), collected when placing an order on the Website. Technical information: device identifiers, location (GPS – for the Application), usage data and performance statistics.
b. Automatically Collected Data
Application and Website usage, error reports, performance logs. Device, browser and operating system details. Website interaction data (e.g. pages visited, products viewed, time spent on the site – through analytics services).
c. No Children Under 13
Not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect data from them.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the data to: Provide the functionalities of the Application (building search, map display, orientation). Process orders on the Website, invoicing, send confirmations and deliver 3D models in digital format. Create and manage the user account on the Website. Improve and troubleshoot the Application and the Website. Send updates or respond to requests, if you contact us. Fulfill legal and tax obligations (e.g. keep invoices).
4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Payment Processors: We may share data with secure payment service providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, bank processors). Analytics Services: We may use services such as Google Analytics, Firebase or others for monitoring and improvement. Law Enforcement: We may disclose data to comply with legal requirements or to protect our rights. We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes with third parties.
5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
The data is kept only as long as necessary to provide the services and in accordance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting documents). We implement technical and organizational measures to secure your information.

Proiectul Wanderer încurajează explorarea urbană prin îmbogățirea mijloacelor de interacțiune cu orașul. Acest lucru este realizat în manieră digitală prin oferirea unei aplicații disponibile pentru platformele mobile. Aplicația conține informații despre toate clădirile aflate în zonele centrale ale orașului București oferind detalii despre fiecare. Odată ajuns pe platformă, utilizatorul este întâmpinat de o hartă albă, tridimensională, a orașului ales. În prezent Wanderer acoperă orașul București, dezvoltarea pentru alte orașe fiind în derulare. Aplicația localizează utilizatorul și îi permite să interacționeze cu toate clădirile din jurul său. Interacțiunea cu o clădire presupune apăsarea acesteia pe ecran, moment în care apare o fereastră ce conține informații de cultură generală arhitecturală și istorică.
